How it was built

A web app that turns drone footage of a property into a photorealistic 3D tour that buyers explore in the browser, with no app or headset.
A GPU worker extracts sharp frames, recovers the camera path with structure-from-motion, masks out the sky and trains a Gaussian splat.
A FastAPI and Celery backend queues the jobs, with Supabase for accounts and data, Stripe for billing and Cloudflare for hosting and storage.
The React and TypeScript front end streams the splat into a PlayCanvas viewer that runs on phones as well as desktops.
Built with AI agents from day one, where every feature starts as a written spec, is implemented with Claude Code, Codex or OpenCode and gets a code review before it merges.
